The Federation is committed to developing excellent staff to realise sustained school improvement and excellent outcomes for children. Please note that College Park School operates across four separate sites within Westminster – Bayswater, Pimlico, Hallfield and St Johns Wood. You may be required to work at any of these locations, as directed by the Senior Leadership Team.
In line with KCSIE 2025 and safer recruitment practices, the school will conduct an online search for all shortlisted candidates. Teaching Assistant Vacancies
We are seeking to appoint enthusiastic, inspiring and skilled Teaching Assistants at both of our Federation Schools College Park School.

Assistant Headteacher (AHT) Vacancy
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and skilled Assistant Headteacher to work across all of our College Park School sites within the Federation of Westminster Special Schools.
The Assistant Headteacher will play a key role in driving high‑quality leadership across the school, working under the direction of the Headteacher and in alignment with the Headteacher Standards (2020). The postholder will champion excellence in teaching, learning and assessment, ensuring that equity, ambition and high expectations underpin every aspect of practice. Working collaboratively with senior leaders across sites, the Assistant Headteacher will help secure consistency, strengthen professional culture and contribute to the continued development of an inclusive, high‑performing special school.

Leading Practitioner Vacancy
We are seeking to appoint a Leading Practitioner to support the continued success of QEII Jubilee School; taking a lead role in modelling and leading improvements in teaching and learning. Supporting the next exciting stage in the development of the school’s leadership team.
We are seeking to appoint an experienced leader to the post of Leading Practitioner QEII School. You will be leading across the whole school community (4-19 age range) and all pathways.
This is a new post, building on the school’s success in implementing new and innovative curriculum and assessment models to promote excellence for our wonderful learners and the confidence of all staff in contributing to that success.
The creation of post reflects the reshaping of our leadership team to deliver and develop our learner lead curriculum and our outward facing work with a wide range of partners.
