Mindfulness and Compassion techniques for educators
This event will take place between 3:45pm and 5:00pm on 01/11/2021 and on Monday each week thereafter until 13/12/2021.
This 7 week course, is a drop in for any staff working in education settings from early years through to colleges. The emphasis is on practical strategies and techniques to reduce stress, support self-regulation and learn about the importance of inner compassion in supporting children and young people.

Learn breathing and other techniques to calm the nervous system
Learn about how stress effects the brain and the body
Learn and practice compassionate attitudes to support yourself and others
