Great Mental Health in Westminster 2022
Thrive LDN is a citywide movement to improve the mental health and wellbeing of all Londoners. It is supported by the Mayor of London and led by the London Health Board partners.
Great Mental Health Day aims to get us talking about mental health, and sharing what we do to boost our own resilience and support those around us.
Westminster residents are able to access local support services via the Westminster City Council website.
London has a digital wellbeing service called Good Thinking. It has resources to help you manage your mental wellbeing, including advice, apps, blogs podcasts and a tool to help you assess your own mental health.
