Estela Prados Boda

I am Estela, Rainbow class teacher. I come from Spain where I did study two degrees focusing on teaching special needs and also where I have worked with specialist associations for the integration of special needs students in the educational and work system. Since I did my practices during my first degree, I became very fascinated and passionate about autism specifically. 

 We are constantly observing our students for covering their needs. Creating learning opportunities based on communication and emotional regulation. Our main goal is help our students for becoming more independents using their communications aids.

Part of our daily basic routines, activities are based on messy play and structured play, using many sensory resources making our students high motivated to exchange and requesting their communication skills.
